"Psychotherapy is an act of liberation - The way we interact with the world today is often shaped by old, protective patterns that no longer serve us. When you feel stuck, we work together to understand the root of those feelings and intentionally create new ways forward.

My approach is integrative, pulling from the warmth of humanistic therapy, the structure of CBT and the grounding of mindfulness. In a safe, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive space, we will explore the areas of your life that matter most, leading to powerful, sustainable shifts in how you relate to yourself and others."
